The Role…

The role of Product Data Analyst in our telematics division is really important to us. 

This is an office based role, from our telematics HQ in Crewe, Cheshire.

In this position, you will be responsible for collecting, curating and analysing data on our core Vehicle Telematics platforms.

By utilising your all-round data experience, you will help us to better understand how our customers use our telematics products and how we should develop them in the future. 

You'll report directly to our Director of Product and have regular interaction with a variety of important stakeholders. 

The continued growth of our Telematics business will be key to significant plans that we have over the next 3-5 years, so your work will provide significant business impact.

Your responsibilities day to day will be…

Understanding our customers and Telematics products and how they interact, through our data.Applying this understanding and knowledge of data to help product and service teams.Designing key metrics to measure different aspects of our Telematics platform.Maintaining and creating dashboards to track metrics and visualise insights.Promoting data literacy across the product teams, organising, and holding workshops.Customising data collection: develop advanced tracking solutions using custom metrics to capture specific user behaviours or events that align with business objectives.Data integrity & quality assurance: perform quality checks on collected data for accuracy.Delivering key product and customer insights to the business to drive decision-making.

What do we expect of you?

You will bring previous work experience from an analytical role in a product led business.

Your background and experience should include:

A strong background/education in a quantitative disciplineEmphasis on representing data via reporting and visualisationAbility to identify ways to improve data reliability, efficiency, and qualityEvidence of strong mathematical and statistics knowledgeExperience of Product Analytics would be advantageous
