ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
Product data Specialist是保障生产体系精准运转的核心岗位,在生产流程的幕后,以精确无误的物料清单管理,为每一个生产环节筑牢坚实基础,确保生产流程如精密齿轮般高效、稳定地运行,助力企业在市场竞争中脱颖而出。
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Item Master 的编号分配、信息维护和管理:根据编码规则及相关政策,分配辅料、原材料、半成品、成品等ERP系统所需编号; 按BOM管控标准,日常维护再来更新到ERP系统,确保数据精准无误、及时有效,为生产运营提供可靠数据依据。
MyAD Portal 的属性维护和管理:在ERP系统中日常维护与更新后台属性数据。
参与中国Odyssey项目MDM中Item Master模块的相关工作
定期对 BOM 数据进行全面、细致的审核,排查并迅速解决潜在的数据问题。
日常管理BOM申请审批系统。
定期完成 Item Master相关报表的制作和管理。
参与部门组织的BOM相关培训。
参与BOM相关的审核。
定期总结工作,并提出改善建议。
完成上级分配的其他任务。
职位要求沟通协作:具备出色的沟通协调能力,能够在跨部门合作中清晰表达观点,倾听他人需求,共同攻克难题。
工作态度:秉持严谨认真的工作态度,对数据保持高度的敏感度和敬畏心,面对突发问题时冷静沉稳,高效应对。
经验技能:熟练掌握办公软件,能够高效处理各类数据任务,拥有ERP相关经验者将优先考虑。
学历及语言:本科以上学历,良好的英语听说读写能力。
