Linde Gas Equipment Inc. is seeking a Product Data Supervisor to join our team

The Product Data Supervisor is a member of the Linde E-Commerce Data department and manages a team of JDE data analysts. The Linde E-Commerce Data Team provides data management of product and reference data used in nearly all facets of the Linde Gas Equipment Inc. The team provides integrity, productivity and innovation every day in order to keep a competitive advantage.

The Product Data Supervisor will develop modern applications to solve challenging problems across operations, supply chain management and business processes. The individual will work closely with product management, e-commerce marketing and the sales teams to enable stakeholders to seamlessly use our technology. They must possess the ability to architect solutions from the ground-up based on a set of business requirements.This position reports to the eCommerce Data Manager.

What you will be doing:

Participate in design and implementation of Product Information Management (PIM) SystemCollaborate with various teams to insure PIM completeness and integrityManage a team of JDE data analysts responsible for item setup and price maintenanceTranslate our current business processes into documented workflowsDevelop any required business functions to accommodate part number setup and PIM automation to ensure we are maintaining high productivityDocument training and help file for references for any and all things related to Riversand and any system that the application integrates with such as Fusion, JDE, Sitefinity and Smarter commercePrepare metrics to track level of enrichment for each product segmentPrioritize product segments to be enriched based on business requirements and manage updating, correcting and collecting the data to get them to a completeness level that is requiredPartner with IT to ensure data is in sync from PIM to JDEAdminister the application users such as profile settings, user id/password requests and initial training of certain aspects of the applicationManipulate data files received from the various sources and consolidate into files ready to load in the PIMAssist in managing new data area implementations into the PIMCreate and update any new workflows or business function that need to be implemented based on business requirementsMaintain any new requirements to the categorization/taxonomy of product linesOnboard new punch out customers with any customer attributes or considerations as requiredPerform additional duties as assigned

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferredRelational and NoSQL database experience preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office suiteExceptional verbal and written communication skillsMust be organized and attentive to detailResults driven and able to meet multiple deadlinesAbility to bring original ideas to team discussionsMust have good design and layout sensibilityExcellent command of the English languageExperience with SQL and content management systems a plusExperience with programming languages preferredPassion for software development with a strong focus on user experience and business valueExceptional presentation skills with ability to succinctly convey complex solutions to stakeholders and leadership
