KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Technical/Functional Excellence Provide functional and technical support for internal and external customers.Handle customer’s questions concerning Amadeus Products and Solutions.Contribute to the Test Systems maintenance processes (Capture/Restore, Refreshes, data creation, configuration, problems resolution...).Support the of the Test Systems migration to Azure.Propose evolution on Test Systems and associated services, coordinate related changes.Identify issues, get the necessary information to perform analysis, assess impact and criticality, draw conclusions, trigger actions and follow-up.Analyze or coordinate the analysis of major issues’ root causes, liaising with development teams. Ensure long-term resolution and avoid the same issue from occurring again.Perform the necessary tests on the customized solution before it is delivered to the customerAccompany and support the customer during all testing phases (acceptance test of Amadeus products, but also third party or customer owned solutions)Monitor customer satisfactionProvide Amadeus customers with updates on the status of critical problemsHe/she needs good troubleshooting and investigation capabilities.
