We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Product Delivery Lead.
Principal Responsibilities
Product Delivery within the Fund Services and Trustee value stream, is a global team, supporting the solutioning, implementation and rollout of new product features, releases, and system migrations, in line with the SSv strategy. The product delivery team is responsible for the overall delivery of product led transformations, including project management, business requirement analysis, quality assurance, etc.
This role is a key position to lead the delivery of strategic platforms for clients across Asia, including the PControl global NAV orchestration and validation rollout, working closely with outcome owners at the product management level to ensure program delivery. In addition, the role holder will be expected to lead product transformation initiatives for clients in Singapore such as fund accounting migration to Multifonds, report automation and transfer agency digitisation. Strong discipline in complex project management and outcome driven way of working are crucial for the successful candidate.
Work intimately with Product Management, Product Solution, Client Delivery, IT and Operations to design and enforce target state operating model in alignment with the Future State ArchitectureDynamic planning, reviewing and rebalancing of, resources and budgeting across work streams to ensure efficiency and delivery against prioritizationEffective reporting of project timeline, milestones and OKR outcomes to project sponsors and outcome owners across value streamsDrive and challenge business unit and customers on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plansLeverage strong analytical and product management skills required to gain a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into applicable operational requirementsServe as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the Implementation Team through which requirements flowCollaborate with implementation teams, supply lines and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyse trade-offs between usability and performance needsAct as a liaison between the business units, implementation teams and support teamsDrive governance that is accountable and meaningful, supporting delivery and aligned with Group practicesPromote an environment of inclusion, diversity, collaboration and trust within the Group, helping teams to define the plans and to remove their barriers to deliveryPromote the value of challenging the status quo, seeking to improve ways of working and having a forward-thinking mind-set, in line with the Group’s Values and StrategySome careers grow faster than others.
