Job Description

Product Delivery Manager will be responsible for the delivery and success (value) of a Digital Product in the I4.0 Manufacturing Data Flow (MDF) space by bridging the gap between GBS and the sites.

End-to-End Product Delivery: Lead the complete delivery process of a digital product, ensuring timely and quality releases from inception to deployment on the site

Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for digital product initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams including development, design, and marketing

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders (including customers, internal teams, and upper management) to make sure deliverables are met, provide updates, and ensure alignment on project goals and outcomes. Communicate in a timely manner roadblocks pertaining to the overall adoption target of the digital product

Customer Onboarding and Training: Oversee the onboarding process for customers, developing and delivering training sessions and materials to facilitate product adoption and maximize user engagement

Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success and delivery efficiency, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders

Continuous Improvement: Collect and analyze user feedback and performance data post-launch to identify areas for improvement, advocating for product enhancements and optimizations

Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the delivery process and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are met without compromising quality

Technical Oversight: Work closely with technical teams to ensure that product specifications are met and that any technical challenges are addressed promptly during the delivery process

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers/sites, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their needs and ensure their success with the product

Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscape to inform product strategies and enhance delivery processes

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications can be an advantage

3-5 years of experience in product management, product engineering, customer success, project management or a related field

Experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in a SaaS or technology environment

Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Azure, JIRA)

Relevant certifications, such as PSPO, PSM I, Product/Project Management certifications, or Customer Success certifications - nice to have
