Job Description Spectrum is seeking a dynamic Product Delivery Manager to join our WiFi Product team. This role involves leading a subset of our WiFi Product Roadmap, focusing on developing and deploying a cross-functional roadmap for strategic programs. The ideal candidate will manage product lifecycle tasks, oversee project management artifacts, and ensure effective stakeholder communication. They will identify and mitigate project risks, integrate projects by adjusting scope, timing, and budgets, and coordinate with multiple project managers. Additionally, the candidate will mentor product owners, direct work efforts, and drive issue resolution. The role requires delivering projects on time, meeting strategic business requirements, and managing the design, development, and implementation of the program portfolio. The hourly pay range for this role starts at $65/hr with flexibility based on years of experience. Skills and Requirements 7+ years of Project/Program Management experience with proven ability to oversee and manage large, complex, diverse and strategic projects that impact the organization as a whole 5+ years of Technical, IT, or Engineering work experience Advanced ability in implementing program and project plans to monitor progress, resource usage/quality, as well as mapping critical path and all dependencies Experiencing analyzing and interpreting data with ability to document, prepare, and deliver data-driven presentations Strong ability to influence internal and external key stakeholders and build consensus Advanced knowledge in conducting risk assessments and developing plans for mitigating the risks identified Skilled in MSProject with basic understanding of JIRA Experience launching a physical product WiFi domain expertise and understanding of WiFi router features and capabilities would be HUGE Mobile / 5G domain experience a plus Experience in Telecommunications industry; experience managing programs within Spectrum Experience developing products / features for subscription-based products Experience developing physical products requiring lifecycle management Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is preferred null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
