As a Product Delivery Manager in the Cybersecurity and Technology Controls organization, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. Your passion for creating impactful learning solutions and strong understanding of adult learning theory and application will help drive an exceptional learner experience and lead to measurable business impact.

As a Product Delivery Manager in this role, you will serve as the Role-based learning Product Lead for the Cybersecurity and Technology Controls organization.
 

Job responsibilities

Develops a learning strategy and vision aligned to specific job requirements and roles within CTC. Conducts learning needs analyses and agrees outcomes with key stakeholders  Works with key stakeholders in Tech Risk and Controls, Product Security and other CTC and partner teams to identify and understand gaps in learning.  Uses data-driven insights to make informed decisions and iterate on product features. Prepares and presents regular reports on product performance and user engagement. Creates learning artifacts (self-service, in person, virtual) training for task-based and role based skills learning  Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover best-in-class industry solutions and integrate them into the learning product roadmap. Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability. Owns the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality learning products. Collaborates with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging learning experiences. Facilitates cross-functional collaboration to drive product success. Analyzes user feedback and data to continuously improve the product and enhance the learner experience.  Defines and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of learning initiatives.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in Cybersecurity, Tech Risk and Controls, Instructional Design, and/or Product management. Strong understanding of learning technologies, instructional design, and employee engagement strategies. Understanding of JPMC operational risk environment, including our operational and risk frameworks  Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics. Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products that enhance user experience. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Proficiency in product management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Figma, etc.). Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and techniques to drive product innovation, enhance efficiency, and boost productivity. Ability to identify AI-driven opportunities, implement AI solutions in product development, and leverage AI insights for strategic decision-making.
