**Responsibilities:** + Responsible for performing product demonstration to assigned customers + Supports sell-out programs to distributors, and manages assigned sell-out sales target + Works closely with assigned distributor / dealers in roadshow / campaigns + Supports Distributor / Dealers sell-out events of power tools + Setting up of respective site requirements / collaterals / tools pre-event + Provides product / technical advice to end-users + Works with distributors/dealers on site-specific event requirements + Provides market information/intelligence to sales and marketing team + Any assignment assigned by management from time to time **Requirements:** + Experience of working in the hardware/tools industry minimum 2 years, preferable serving traditional or modern channel + Possess basic understanding of power tools and hand tools technical specifications and usage + Proficient in communication, negotiation, and presentation to explain technical information in layman's terms + Quick thinker, able to troubleshoot product issues during demonstrations. + Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin and local dialects both oral and written + Proficient in Ms. Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) + Possess Goods Driving Licence (GDL) **_We Don’t Just Build The World, We Build Innovative Technology Too._** Joining the Stanley Black & Decker team means working in an innovative, tech-driven and highly collaborative team environment supported by over 58,000 professionals in 60 countries across the globe.
