Product Design Engineer

As a Product Design Engineer, you will be responsible for all tasks related to designing, technical analysis, documentation preparation, and overseeing project progress within the Design and Development Department. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work on various engineering and product projects, contributing to the success of international initiatives within a dynamic and innovative environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Working on selected design projects as a member or coordinator of various project teams, including international teams. Providing full support to engineering teams for international NPD, CSR, R&D, and other projects, including readiness for business travel. Managing and supervising assigned projects. Collaborating with other design engineers to optimize product designs, machines, and tools. Providing support for other design projects as needed. Ensuring engineering support for the department and the facility. Preparing preliminary design plans, including analyses of fits and other interactions related to dimensions and part tolerances. Developing 3D models of designed components and assemblies. Preparing technical documentation, including technical drawings. Consulting with Product and Process Engineers to optimize design requirements and collaborating on production transfers. Conducting FMEA, DFMEA, and risk analyses. Creating workstation tooling, ordering parts from subcontractors, and processing associated cost invoices. Continuously improving skills, expanding knowledge, and initiating optimization and improvement actions. Promoting a culture of modern and eco-friendly design. Searching for innovative technological solutions and applying them in ongoing projects. Maintaining exemplary organization, safety, and hygiene at the workplace.

Who You Are:
You are a proactive professional passionate about innovation and technical challenges. You are detail-oriented, excel in team collaboration, and are driven by a commitment to delivering excellence in product design and engineering solutions.

For This Role, You Will Need:

A higher technical education, preferably in mechanics, machine construction, mechatronics, or materials science. At least 3 years of experience as a Design Engineer. Excellent technical documentation reading skills. Proficiency with measurement tools. Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly technologies. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles. Fluent in Polish. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Preferred experience with ProEngineer (Creo) or other CAD 3D programs. Self-reliance, excellent time management, task prioritization skills, and the ability to work under time and result pressure.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in leading or coordinating technical projects.
