**A Snapshot of Your Day** As an engineer in the global team for Assembly Tools & Lifting, you will be responsible for the design and execution of assembly and lifting tools for all turbo compressor product lines. You will work in a competence center for assembly and lifting, addressing both new unit and service business needs. Your day will involve collaborating with various teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring quality and safety standards. **How You’ll Make an Impact** + Projectand order execution of mechanical design projects for special tools,ensuring technical and scheduling requirements are met. + Supportvarious departments with project-specific needs, especially those notcovered by standard designs. + Ensurecompliance with Siemens Energy processes, particularly quality standards. + Identifyand resolve project deviations/issues and initiate solving activities,root cause analyses, and corrective as well as preventive actionimplementation. + Developand maintain assembly concepts and lifting procedures, ensuring safety andefficiency for Siemens Energy workshops and customer sites. + Collaboratewith manufacturing and assembly teams to implement feedback and improvethe processes of handling compressor parts. **What You Bring** + Minimumbachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field isrequired. + Minimumof 0-2 years of relevant experience in a related field; candidates withmore experience may be considered for a more senior level role. + Abilityto manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and be proactive in findingsolutions. + Strongcommunication skills to interact with various interface partners. + Hands-onexperience with NX, Teamcenter, Jira, SAP and knowledge of InternationalRules & Regulations and Industry Standards is preferred. + Experiencewith mechanical strength calculations and/or FE Analysis and practicalexperience in compressor assembly shop is preferred.
