Overview The Embedded Fintech Design Team is looking for a talented product design intern to help enhance our core fintech & risk experiences. You’ll be joining a team that values having fun while producing great visual design, employing innovative problem-solving techniques, and who serve as unwavering advocates of beautiful, yet functional customer experiences. The team is involved at every step from gathering insights, brainstorming, prototyping, and experimentation, to launching pixel-perfect designs. You’ll have access to inspiring Visual and Product Design leaders and practitioners within brand and product functions to learn more about the trade and sharpen your design skills as you embark on your design career. What you'll bring + Knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, prototyping and other modern design tools + Online portfolio showcasing your design work + Passion for design & creating products that resonate on an emotional level and drive business results + Articulate problem solving through simple and innovative designs How you will lead + Design high quality deliverables and assets such as user interface components, wireframes, visual layouts, iconography, creative document templates/presentations and prototypes + Learn and use design systems, visual frameworks, color scheme, components and patterns based on brand and product guidelines + Work side by side with Senior Designers, solving customer problems using design thinking methods + Learn quickly through iterative prototyping + Solicit feedback and contribute constructively to design reviews + Collaborate with other cross-functional team members EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability.
