About the teamYou will be joining Stripe’s Growth team to help millions of merchants consider, adopt and grow their business with Stripe’s full suite of financial products. Our team is responsible for improving and accelerating the full journey of our self-serve customers from consideration to long-term value, and is accountable for the self-serve business line as well as contributing to the sales pipeline – directly driving Stripe’s topline revenue targets.
What you’ll doThe Product Design team is composed of several teams that work together to help define, create, and deliver all user-facing aspects of the Stripe brand and product. Product Designers work directly with Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Marketers in each product area. As members of the product team, they define the user-facing experiences our users encounter on Stripe products, then translate that thinking into a complete experience that can be tested, shipped, and refined.
As a leader in the Growth Design team, you will shape the systems, products, and customer-facing experiences for front door experiences for Stripe, taking initiatives from 0 to 1. This includes our key growth-related customer experiences (e.g., onboarding experiences, user dashboards, product recommendations), as well as our Merchant facing AI and ML experiences (Stripe Assistant).
