About the Role We’re seeking a Product Design Leader to play a critical role in leading design, strategy, and vision across the Styling and Fix experience. You’ll lead a team responsible for evolving our Fix and Styling experiences to increase revenue, improve Fix conversion, and drive client retention. This unique role will look across our client-facing and Stylist-facing experiences. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how clients experience Stitch Fix, from personalized styling recommendations to seamless post-Fix engagement, ensuring every interaction is intuitive, high-performing, and engaging. Compensation and Benefits This role will receive a competitive salary, benefits, and equity. The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, location, and performance.This position is eligible for new hire and ongoing grants of restricted stock units depending on employee and company performance.
