About the Role

As a Product Design Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of UX designers based in India and Ukraine, driving best-in-practice design solutions across desktop, mobile, and app platforms. This role requires a passionate senior leader who can inspire designers, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure high-quality design execution across a complex family of brands. 

What You’ll Do

Design Leadership & Strategy – Define and execute design strategies that align with business goals and enhance user experience across all platforms. People Management & Mentorship – Inspire, mentor, and support the professional growth of a distributed UX design team. Product Development & Collaboration – Work closely with product managers, engineers, and content designers to deliver seamless design solutions. Cross-Platform Design Execution – Ensure a frictionless user experience across desktop, mobile, and app interfaces. Data-Driven Design Decisions – Leverage user research, analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI), and testing tools to inform design solutions. Global Collaboration – Work effectively with dispersed teams across different time zones, aligning priorities with international colleagues. Process & Tool Optimization – Utilize Figma, Microsoft Clarity, Mouseflow, Asana, and UserTesting to streamline design processes and improve efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful solutions. 1+ years of experience in design management, leading and mentoring teams.A strong leader with the ability to inspire, guide, and develop design talent. Experience in designing seamless user experiences across desktop, mobile, and app platforms. Strong collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in English Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI. Experience working in a platform that connects external contractors with customers. Experience in B2C retail or tech product design is preferred. Comfortable working late evening or night hours to ensure team alignment across global time zones. Proven ability to work effectively with dispersed, international teams.
