Product Design Manager - Consumer Experiences

The design team at Plaid is made up of product designers, researchers, and content strategists who work with our cross-functional partners to create Plaid’s products
In this role you will manage a team of individual contributors that are a mix of product designers, a researcher, and a content designer. As a leader for two product areas at Plaid you will be a member of the cross-functional leadership team for both units driving design execution, developing product strategy with Product Management leaders, and coaching your designers. Additional compensation in the form(s) of equity and/or commission are dependent on the position offered. Plaid provides a comprehensive benefit plan, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Pay is based on factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience and skillset, and location.
