What you'll do…
Design features and improvements to our products while ensuring they align with brand and business objectives, research and user needs.Partner with other teams and designers to dive deep on complex technology and define corresponding flows, components, content and expressions of next generation Ford vehicles.Design compelling interfaces, interaction flows and prototypes for new multimodal applications using Figma, VoiceFlow and other UX tools.Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and TPM to ensure and seamless transition from concept diagrams to implementation specifications.Work with partners to asses gaps in research, inform test plans and experiments.Independently manage your deliverables in alignment within the timelines outlined in sprint planning.
