岗位职责：
- 主导B端产品的全链路用户体验设计；
- 参与前期需求分析，通过用户研究和数据分析挖掘用户需求，与产品团队共同制定产品策略并独立完成产品交互设计及UI设计，帮助用户真正解决痛点，提升产品体验；
- 与研发团队紧密合作，把控设计落地的品质；
- 主动追踪产品落地反馈，持续优化产品；
- 整理输出设计经验，为团队赋能；

任职要求：
- 五年以上设计经验；
- 熟悉大型设计团队工作方法和流程，具备优秀的全链路设计能力；
- 具备桌面端、移动端、web多平台丰富的设计经验；
- 可胜任全英文工作环境，准确高效表达设计想法；
- 逻辑思维清晰，善于沟通表达，具有强大的协同工作能力，能够梳理复杂的产品需求并和产品研发团队有效配合达成目标；
- 拥有大局观，对产品发展远景有独立的思考见解，探索产品的机会点；
- 交互设计、人机工程、认知心理学、工业设计、计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历；
- 出色的英文水平，能完成简单的英文口语沟通
