This role requires a hands-on design leader who can take full ownership of product design efforts, working closely with clients to align design solutions with their business goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in product strategy, design leadership, and collaboration, often stepping into a product owner role to guide both design and business objectives. Responsibilities: * Strategic Leadership: Lead the design strategy for client products, ensuring design aligns with business goals and market needs * Ownership & Collaboration: Act as a key partner to clients, guiding product direction and decisions while collaborating with cross-functional teams (PMs, developers, stakeholders) * End-to-End Design: Oversee the full design process from research, ideation, and prototyping to user testing and final delivery * Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with clients, presenting and iterating on designs to meet business objectives * Mentorship & Growth: Guide and support junior designers while ensuring high-quality design outcomes
