A  Product Designer takes on more responsibility by leading small to medium-sized projects from start to finish. They independently solve design problems, conduct user research, and facilitate brainstorming sessions. They also mentor junior designers, translating business goals into cohesive user experiences while balancing user and business needs. Intermediate designers work with minimal supervision and contribute valuable insights to the team.

3-5 years of experience in product design or related roles.Displays strong proficiency in advanced design tools and methodologies.Exhibits a deep understanding of user-centered design and best practices.Maintains a portfolio showcasing a range of impactful projectsSuccessfully leads small to medium-sized design projects from conception to completion.Mentors junior designers, providing feedback and support.Plan and conduct user research and usability testing, to inform or validate design decisions.Facilitates design brainstorming sessions with stakeholders and team members.Translates business goals into cohesive user experiences, balancing user and business needs.Regularly collaborates with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Developers, and other Stakeholders. Takes initiative in meetings to share insights, present design solutions, and advocate for user needs.Independently designs and delivers design solutions, supported by user stories and journeys, and optimized for a wide range of devices.Experience working within and extending design systemsDefines initial metrics to validate the success of design solutions.Makes informed decisions on information architecture
