The Role
Veeva Systems is a leader in cloud-based software for the global life sciences industry. Our China CRM team is dedicated to designing and delivering innovative solutions tailored to the unique needs of the Chinese pharmaceutical market. We are looking for a Product Designer who is passionate about user experience, enterprise software, and solving complex design challenges. As a Product Designer for Veeva China CRM, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to create intuitive, scalable, and high-impact CRM solutions for life sciences companies in China.What You'll DoDesign intuitive and scalable user experiences for Veeva China CRM, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goalsCollaborate with product managers and engineers to define requirements, translate them into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designsConduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisionsAdvocate for user-centered design principles, balancing user needs with technical feasibility and business objectivesRequirements5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in enterprise software or SaaS productsStrong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions for complex applicationsProficiency in design tools such as Figma and SketchExperience conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisionsAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designersExcellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and advocate for user experience improvementsFluent in English (both written and spoken)Nice to HaveKnowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with engineersExperience in building Design SystemsProficiency in mainstream UI Component Library such as Ant Design and Element UIBasic SQL query skills, with the ability to independently analyze business dataVeeva’s headquarters is located in the San Francisco Bay Area with offices in more than 15 countries around the world.
