Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the product and engineering teams to understand the needs and pain points of users, aiming to improve their user experience.
Prototype and iterate on design solutions based on feedback from users and stakeholders, continuously enhancing the usability and visual style of the Web, iOS, and Android apps.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment characterized by agility and a thirst for exploration.
Contribute to the creation of a Design System by incorporating design patterns and guidelines, ensuring consistency and coherence across the product ecosystem.
Utilizing strong problem-solving skills and a keen vision to drive projects forward.
Required Skills:
3+ years of work experience as a designer developing products for Web, iOS, and Android
A strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and your problem-solving skills.
Expert-level skills in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other associated design tools
Experience working closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other designers.
Deep understanding of Apple human interface design guidelines and Android design guidelines
Experience in usability testing and managing user interviewsÂ
Nice to have
Familiarity with Maze, UserTesting or GreatQuestion
Personal experience using GenAI tools in your design workflows.
