You will work across teams to create beautiful, inclusive, and accessible experiences customers love.Responsibilities: Collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, product planners, and developers from the early stages through implementation. Design relevant and impactful interactions and experiences through understanding the motivations, behaviors, and needs of our customers. Contribute to strategic planning to align the design process with business goals and customer value. Draw on your ability to map end-to-end experiences to propose creative solutions to complex customer journeys. Utilize Fluent Design language and contribute to our Advertiser Design System. Qualifications: Enterprise and Consumer Ads experience. Product/app design, knowledge of building a design system, process/Usability testing/ UR experience. Visual design skills paired with UX. Motion/animation design is a plus. Portfolio and clear delineation of their contributions. Must have strong typography, spacing, color-usage. End-to-end usability test experience and clickable prototypes samples. Skills: Looking for candidates with strong portfolios.
