ROLE SUMMARY

As a Product Designer I, you will embark on a journey of growth within our dynamic UX design team. Your primary purpose will be to contribute to the execution of UX design projects aimed at enhancing user experience. This role requires a hands-on approach to design projects, ensuring that user needs and business goals are translated into compelling design solutions.

 

ROLE PROFILE

Support DesignOps activities and Design system documentation, with the creation and standardization of UX work under the mentorship of senior designers.Learn and apply a wide array of user-centered design methodologies to create engaging and intuitive user interfaces.Lead small-scale design projects where you design and iterate user interfaces based on feedback from user research and usability testing.Foster effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to ensure design concepts are translated into implementable solutions.Assist Senior Designers in leading creative design sessions, promoting innovative thinking and problem-solving among team members.Contribute to the enhancement and scalability of the design system, advocating for consistency and design excellence.Build relationships and maintain strong partnerships with key personnel to help achieve organisational goalsCollaborate with key stakeholders to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the Product & Design function

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a similar field.1-2 years of professional experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio showcasing user-centric design solutions.Demonstrated design proficiency, with a track record of applying user-centered design principles to solve design problemsGood hands-on experience on design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite, with a commitment to continuous learning and skill enhancement.
