Job Description

Cintas Global Supply Chain is seeking a Product Developer I to manage small to medium-sized apparel product development projects to completion, in accordance with the vision and strategies of the Global Supply Chain division. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve a competitive advantage in the marketplace. Manage project timelines, objectives, and deliverables while mitigating risk and continuous learning for assigned projects.
 

Skills/Qualifications

Required
•    High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred in apparel product development, merchandising, or fashion
•    Have a basic knowledge of garment construction and an enthusiasm to learn
•    Ability to analyze and utilize data to solve problems or make recommendations while having a basic understanding of processes, reporting, and tools to help guide decision making.
•    Minimum of 0-4 years of garment product development or business experience.
 
Preferred
•    Experience in Yunique/PLM preferred

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $74,360.00 - $91,045.93/Year. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
