This is an exciting opportunity to influence the future of Ford Motor Company in the Program Control group that guides development of all our electrified transmissions.  EV programs are growing tremendously, and we need qualified people to help us succeed in this critical new area.  The Industrialization team project manages all of the new programs around the globe, project proposals, cost savings ideas, milestone reviews and much more.  You would be responsible for your projects and programs, with report-outs up to senior levels of management at milestone checkpoints.  This specific role is leading Flash Power Unit work either primarily or partially associated with the Irapuato Electrified Product Center.
