Job Description

As a Senior Engineer in Micron’s Advanced Packaging Technology Development group at Taiwan Taichung, you will contribute at a high level as part of process technology team to develop deep sub-micron generation production-worthy, wafer bonding processes. You will provide ownership for both process development & related tool issues for specific materials/processes.  You will also be responsible for incorporating these processes into corresponding process flow for application in high density advanced memory.

Responsible for Wafer Bonding process development and material evaluation for Advanced package technology (chip stacking, 2.5D or 3D) research.Support project on-site execution and make decisions as technical consultantTroubleshoot a variety of complex problems. Perform Root Cause Analysis and resolve process engineering issues.Drive improvement in wafer bonding performance. Coordinate experiments for technology development and yield improvementGenerate internal and external documentation for presentations and technical reports  Other duties as assigned
