Marvin Composites is hiring a Product Development Engineer for our Fargo, ND location. As a Product Development Engineer, you’ll design innovative tooling and product solutions for pultruded and extruded profiles, lead projects, and collaborate with customers to drive new product lines and material advancements. You’ll work hands-on with 3D design software, turning ideas into reality—from optimizing tooling, improving manufacturing processes, bringing in innovative technology, and working with 3D printers.

Highlights of your role Design & Engineering: Create and refine pultrusion and extrusion tooling, perform engineering analysis, and develop innovative solutions to improve product performanceProject Management: Lead projects by managing timelines, budgets, and customer collaboration to deliver successful outcomesNew Product Development: Support all stages of product development, from initial design inputs and prototyping to production launch and efficiency improvementsInnovation & Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement new tools, materials, and technologies to optimize manufacturing processes and improve product qualityCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with customers, production teams, and engineering partners to align designs with business goals and manufacturing capabilities You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) A Bachelor in Engineering is required (Mechanical preferred)Experience with Creo (preferred) or other 3D design softwareEffective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to collaborate across teams, lead meetings, and share ideas effectivelyA self-motivated approach to problem-solving and overcoming challengesThe ability to influence and gain support for ideas or solutions We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin
