About the Role
Responsible for developing, implementing, supporting, and enhancing life, health, and wellness insurance products.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Lead the project team in developing new products. This will include:
Conduct research on the products in the market.
Develop concept and content for the product related materials (training materials, product slides presentation, Terms and Conditions, sales illustrations etc.)
Translate and ensure consistent product content in several documents (Policy Contract, sales illustration, Certificate of Insurance, memo).
Reviewing the product materials such as brochure, sales illustration, product training, website content etc.
System UAT.
Conduct new product training for trainers, and operation teams.
Monitor the performance of the new product and provide support to distribution or training team upon request.
2. Organize product training, workshop, meeting as needed (meeting schedule, venue, necessary logistics, meeting notes etc.).
3. Participate in the assigned project(s) from other departments as a representative of product development team.
4. Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Financials, or other related fields.
Have at least 1 year of working experience.
Able to work well with wide range of people from different parts of the business.
Innovative and willing to explore new things
High commitment with Can-do Attitude
Able to work well under pressure.
Fluently in speaking and writing Khmer and English.
