**Main Purpose of the job:** Develops new products and implements industrialization of product-related innovations and renovations **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and organize product development by: overseeing the standardization and implementation of compliant formulas in collaboration with the Central Recipe Management Team, while managing industrial trials, identifying factory requirements, coordinating product acceptance, and maintaining manufacturing documentation. - Regularly evaluate and adjust factory recipes based on finished product analysis to ensure compliance, while leading raw material specification for infant formula, coordinating with various departments on compliance issues, and ensuring new products meet legal and TNR standards. - Identify and lead process improvements to reduce operational costs and enhance product quality and safety, while providing technical support for problem-solving in manufacturing and elevating knowledge through training within the manufacturing department.
