To complete the Technical Product Development Leisurewear Department, we are looking for a temporary Product Developer Leisure Trousers Mens - and Womenswear (m/f/d). 
The position is limited to 12 months. 

 

What you can expect:

Full responsibility for managing the development process (digital and conventional), transforming creative concepts into production-ready products. 

\n\n\n

Coordination of (physical and digital) treatments and print developments, including managing approval processes. 

\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n

Ensuring style allocation aligns with strategic objectives, product specifications and vendor capabilities. 

\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Request and/or evaluate external 3D simulations focusing on fit, form and quality. 

\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Drive cost-accurate product development (design-to-cost) to meet margin targets. 

\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Proactively optimize pricing through benchmarking, cross-quoting and value engineering in workmanship and manufacturing processes. 

\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Negotiate and consolidate purchase prices on style level. 

\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Assess and enhance processing techniques and fit in line with HUGO BOSS quality standards. 

\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Communicate, structure and monitor development requirements and timelines with stakeholders and vendors.

Your profile:

\nDegree in Business/Fashion (preferably Leisurewear tech or apparel technician) or equivalent experience.\n2–3 years in the apparel industry with diverse expertise.\nStrong knowledge of product, production, and supply chain management.\nComprehensive understanding of the full product lifecycle.\nIn-depth knowledge of vendor base and cost analysis.\nEffective communication and negotiation skills.\nDigital adaptability and agile working methods.\nStrong analytical skills for prioritizing and structuring tasks.\nProactive, cost-benefit thinking.\nCustomer-focused mindset.\nResults-driven with strong organizational skills.\nSpecific product expertise required.\nIntercultural competence and open mindset.\n
