As the Product Development Manager, you will have oversight for client satisfaction and delivery within your team(s), and build confidence with clients and product teams re: our ability to deliver exceptional products. You will obsess over the business outcomes your client is seeking to achieve, and align your team to achieve those outcomes. You are accountable for governance in your teams  - escalating to the Product Development Director for support. You will lead a globally distributed team to deliver exceptional products that deliver business changing results, and report to the Director, Product Development.Responsibilities:Delivering product as a Scrum MasterFollowing Full-cycle product development expertiseExpertise implementing Agile software development methodologies and leading teams using these for building digital productsLead and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.Ensure that the Scrum events are productive, focused, and kept within the timebox.Experience and knowledge in creating and managing actionable backlogsAbility to work with product managers to assess business and market requirements and convert into actionable backlogA thorough understanding of how to plan, resource, and deliver projectsExecutive level written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated success communicating with,  influencing, and setting expectations with technical and business stakeholdersData-minded and methodical approach to delivery accountability Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude Qualification:Minimum 5 years of managerial experience providing successful delivery of Agile products5 years of experience hiring, managing, and developing individual contributors Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions and drive changeProven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in a similar role within an Agile development environment.Solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies.Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, VersionOne).
Certifications:Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Scrum certification required.Additional Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe, PMI-ACP) are a plus.
