Position is full-time, HYBRID, and requires employees adapt a hybrid schedule. Minimum requirement is three days per week in Dearborn PDC office.

This position encompasses ownership responsibility for all PD- North America Graduate Programs and is highly collaborative. Position entails; day-to-day management of FCG, Intern, Co-Op, and PD Leadership Programs. Ideal candidate must enjoy working with, mentoring, and learning from others. Although new to the team and unfamiliar with position responsibilities, preferred candidate must be fearless and possess a willingness to jump right in.
