Product Development Specialist under Refrigerated Meats 3 - Foodservice Products, Dry Sausages, Chinese Deli & Retail Sauces

 

Duties and Responsibilities

Formulates and develops new products for Foodservice accounts, Dry Sausages, Chinese Deli & Retail Sauces Performs maintenance and improvement on existing products Conducts laboratory and production trials for testing and validation Translate and scales up laboratory prototypes to commercial runs Performs sensory and shelf-life evaluation of products Conducts trials for new ingredients and new processes Establishes the product and process specifications

 

Qualification and Work Experience

At least Bachelors / College Degree on Food Technology / Nutrition/Dietetics, Engineering (Chemical), Food Microbiology or Equivalent. With at least 2 years work experience on product development or its related field. Experience on meat processing is an advantage but not required.
