Job Summary
Product Engineer - Accessories, Flow Controls provides an opportunity to work on variety of accessories. Product Engineer will be responsible for executing product lifecycle management activities of Instrument accessories. Product lifecycle management activities to achieve product management and financial goals of the Strategic Business Units. This position will be reporting to Technical Lead – NPD.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Support the design, development, and enhancement of pneumatic accessories used in control systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product specifications based on application requirements and industry standards. Create and maintain detailed engineering drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation using CAD tools. Develop and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs), assembly instructions, test procedures, Engineering Master and updates. Plan and execute product testing for performance, durability, and compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO, ANSI, ASME). Analyze test results and implement design improvements to ensure product reliability and safety. Manage engineering changes, product updates, and obsolescence planning throughout the product lifecycle. Support cost reduction, value engineering, and manufacturability improvement initiatives. Provide technical support to customers, sales, and service teams for product selection, troubleshooting, and application guidance. Investigate field issues and implement corrective actions in collaboration with quality and service teams. Ensure products meet applicable regulatory and safety standards (e.g., CE, ATEX, SIL). Prepare documentation and support third-party certification processes as required. Work closely with sourcing, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product development and launch. Participate in design reviews, DFMEA, and risk assessments. Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies relevant to pneumatic accessories. Contribute to innovation and new feature development to enhance product competitiveness.WHO YOU ARE

For This Role, You Will Need:
Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 3+ years of experience in the field of Pneumatic accessories used in Industry. Sound knowledge of Industry equipment, Instruments, ASME Standards. Sound knowledge of CAD and PDM software (SolidWorks preferred) Good awareness of Mechanical Product Design GD&T, international standards like ASME, PED would be added advantage. MS office, OutlookPreferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
CAD Experience in SolidWorks Knowledge and understanding of P&ID layouts. Experience in Pneumatics and Hydraulics systems. Certification in Pneumatics and Hydraulics is an advantage.Our Culture & Commitment to You
