Job Description This Product Engineer position would be with one of the largest utilities and telecommunications company in the Southeast. They would be responsible for direct customer contract, and finding solutions for those customers related to their vendor products. They would communicate with the customer and understand their needs/issues, then communicate with the vendor to ensure quality and delivery. They would still have some testing responsibility within their mobile devices, so they would need a background as a device test engineer using QXDM, Wireshark, etc. The salary range is around $100,000-$120,000, not including their bonus and pension. Skills and Requirements 10+ years of experience working in telecommunications At least 5+ years of experience working within device test engineering (load and test software on mobile devices within the telecom space) QXDM Wireshark Strong understanding of LTE networks Strong communication and professionalism ability to speak with customers and create solutions around their products Background in vendor management, product development/management, or something similar Understanding of the IoT and data side (modems, sensors, routers, modules, etc.) Previous experience at AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, Ericcson, etc. Degree in Engineering or something similar null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
