We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Product Engineer, based in Quimistan, Honduras (E-Systems Division). 

A Product Engineer is the person in charge of generation of all the technical documentation of the harness, ensuring that it meets the requirements and specifications of the customer, following the established procedures, guaranteeing the delivery of reliable information and according to the required implementation times.                                                                                                              

Your Task will be:

Validation of the product against drawing and customer specifications, for Engineering Changes, New starts and Transfers. Preparation, Review, Comparison and Loading of Cut Sheets in the UCS system and generation of visual aids for special processes. Creation and/or Review of cost studies in SEM (Smart Execution Management), PCNs in EDS (Electrical Distribution System) for each of the engineering changes proposed by the client. Preparation of DCN (Design Change Notice) & BCN (BOM change Notice) to notify the team involved in detail of the Engineering changes that are implemented in the Plant. Elaboration, Review, Comparison and Loading Standard times for harness manufacturing.

 

To be successful in this role you will need:

Education: Engineering Degree or any related. At least 1 year of experience preferably in the automotive industry (Not essential). Proficient with Microsoft Office. English Proficient. Basic knowledge in programming. You should have great analytical skills, to be creative/ innovative, to have initiative and communication skills. OT availability.
