**Country:** China **Location:** LOC3149: 388 Haihuan Road, Baoshan, Shanghai, China **Job Description:** The primary responsibility of the position is the engineering development of AHU products. **Responsibilities:** + Develop AHU product architecture that meets or exceeds the product requirements + Develop and optimize heat exchanger components in collaboration with heat transfer technology experts + Develop and optimize air management system in collaboration with AAV experts + Validate product performance and reliability in the laboratory and field + Collaborate with supply chain to meet product cost target + Collaborate with manufacturing faculties to effectively implement design into production + Collaborate with marketing to develop product requirements + Support to product certificate test(GB, AHRI & Eurovent etc.) + Special design, application and selection support to meet specific customer requirement **Candidate Attributes:** + Bachelor / Master degree with major in HVAC or mechanics. + Above 7 years HVAC airside product design or customization experience, esp. AHU products + Familiar with HVAC airside product applied standards & certification requirements, i.e. GB, Eurovent, AHRI and GMP etc. + Familiar with design for cost/sound/customer application optimization including IAQ function, especially for AHUs + Experience with HVAC product heat transfer simulations & calculations is a plus **Carrier is An Equal** **Opportunity/Affirmative** **Action Employer.
