You will work in collaboration with the design team during and after product development and will have the opportunity to lead core development projects! **HowYou’ll Make an Impact (responsibilities)** + Collaborate with SiemensEnergy design colleagues during and after product development, participating indesign reviews and quoting. + Define process-relevantcore geometry in coordination with engineering and internal teams to supportnew component development. + Plan material andequipment needs while leading core development projects to drive innovation andefficiency. + Work with internal andexternal customer representatives to develop new products and meet programrequirements. + Review customerspecifications and blueprints to determine necessary procedures, testing, androuting sequences. + Identify opportunitiesfor product improvements, recommend tooling enhancements, and coordinatereworks with validation of results. **WhatYou Bring (requirements)** + BS in MechanicalEngineering or another related field + 3+ more years ofexperience in investment casting supply chain (core or casting preferred).Those with more years of experience may be considered for a higher level. + Aerospace castingexperience preferred. + Six Sigma trainingpreferred (Green or Black Belt). + Applicants must belegally authorized for employment in the United States without the need forcurrent or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
