Product Engineer - Hydraulics Requisition ID: 41881 Job Location(s): Haiyan, CN **Job Description** Responsible for new product development,product sustaining and improvement.Support/Lead the problem solving for customer failure.Technical support for localization projects. **Job Responsibilities** 1. Work with global engineering for new product development and product improvement following the PDP process. 2. Responsible for 3D/2D,design calculation, DFMEA, tolerance stack up, BOM, qualification testing. 3. Lead the design review globally. 4. Support/Lead the problem solving across functional areas for customer failure with 8D tool, provide containment & long-term solutions. 5. Technical support for localization projects. Material and heat treatment definition,3D/2D updating, PMR for manufacturability, PVPR for qualification test plan, PPAP involvement for production releasing. 6. Daily product sustaining. Inquiry for new options extension, BOM, VC maintaining. EC management. Deviation judgement with risk assessment. **Background & Skills** The ideal candidate possesses these skills. + BS degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or Hydraulics Engineering. + 3-5 years working experience on Hydraulics. + Self-motivated. + Good communication, learning ability.
