Job OverviewTE Connectivity is seeking a highly motivated and organized Engineer II (Product Engineer) to join our team within the AD&M MOG business group. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting product engineering functions, driving standardization, and ensuring production excellence. The ideal candidate will be skilled in SolidWorks, experienced in VA/VE, and capable of working collaboratively in cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Utilize SolidWorks to create and modify detailed designs and drawings. Lead Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE) projects to improve product efficiency and reduce costs. Manage and execute engineering change orders (ECOs) to ensure product and documentation integrity. Support non-conformance dispositioning by conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions. Collaborate on product standardization initiatives to streamline processes and reduce complexity. Provide production support, troubleshoot technical issues, and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges. Drive continuous improvement through innovation and a solutions-oriented approach. Maintain organized documentation and reporting to meet business and project requirements.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent engineering experience (Mechanical, Aerospace, or related field preferred). Proficiency in SolidWorks and Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Experience with VA/VE, engineering change orders, and root cause analysis is essential. Strong understanding of non-conformance dispositioning and problem-solving methodologies. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Team player with outstanding collaboration and communication skills.
