Seit mehr als 100 Jahren entwickelt und fertigt STEMMANN-TECHNIK spezielle Produkte, um Energie und Daten zu übertragen. Wir bringen sozusagen den Strom dahin, wo er benötigt wird. So sorgen wir zum Beispiel dafür, dass Züge fahren, Kran- und Windenergieanlagen sich drehen oder elektrische Busse und LKWs sowie Fähren ihre Akkus mit unseren Ladelösungen auftanken. Aufgaben in dieser Rolle sind unter anderem:

Neuentwicklung von Baugruppen und Produkten unter Berücksichtigung der festgelegten Fertigungstechnik, gegebenen Werkstoffen, technischen Normen sowie Vorschriften und Gesetzen

Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der vorhandenen Systeme und Bauteile nach Kunden- und Marktanforderungen

Kundenbetreuung ab dem Auftragseingang sowie im Nachgang, ggfs. auch vor Ort im In- und Ausland

Technische Abstimmung mit Dienstleistern im In- und Ausland

Prüfung von Kundenanfragen und Auftragsunterlagen auf technische Anforderungen und deren Machbarkeit

Detaillierung und Erstellung von technischen Dokumentationen sowie von Risikoanalysen

Verantwortung für Projekte in der Produktentwicklung, dazu gehören die Kundenabstimmung, Zeitplanentwicklung sowie die Steuerung und Überwachung des Projektstandes

Interne Schnittstellenkommunikation zur Projektabwicklung

Mitwirkung an (internationalen) Projektarbeiten

Für diese Rolle erfüllen Sie idealerweise folgende fachlichen und persönlichen Anforderungen:

Abgeschlossenes Studium Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar mit relevantem Schwerpunkt

Erfahrung in der technischen Abwicklung von Maschinenentwicklungen und in der Entwicklung von Maschinenbauelementen von Vorteil

Sicheres Arbeiten mit 3D-CAD-Systemen, vorzugweise Solid Works

Selbstverständlicher Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen

Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Teamfähigkeit, Organisationstalent

Sichere Kommunikation zu allen Ebenen und Zielgruppen sowohl im Unternehmen als auch gegenüber Kunden

Bereitschaft zu internationalen Dienstreisen
