Job Summary/Objective:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Engineer to support a key customer in the integration, support and use of custom-developed SystemVerilog Verification IPs, as well as manage support for commercial Verification IPs.
 As a Product Engineer, you will play a vital role in managing customer requirements, driving projects to completion, and coordinating with the R&D and Sales teams. A successful candidate will be fluent in English, possess strong technical knowledge, and thrive in a customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities:Become knowledgeable in both the protocol being modelled and the architecture of the Verification IPs, including the customer developed VIPs as well as commercial VIPs: PCI-Express, CXL. Support customers in initial training and integration of Verification IPs Support the key customer in utilizing custom-developed verification IP and commercial VIPs (PCIe/CXL/SFI) effectively and efficiently.Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams, managing and understanding customer requirements, as well as customer reported issues.Collaborate with the R&D team to provide technical expertise and guidance to the customer.Drive projects forward, ensuring timely completion while meeting customer expectations.Coordinate with the Sales team to identify opportunities for further product adoption and customer satisfaction.Continuously monitor and analyze open bug reports and customer feedback. Provide feedback to R&D/support engineers, and provide recommendations for product improvement and enhancements, as well as process improvement.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments related to verification IP and customer requirements.Help prioritize support work, such as enhancement requests and bug reports, while ensuring the R&D and support teams are not overloaded.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).Knowledge of PCIe, CXL protocolsWork experience in a Design Verification roleKnowledge of SystemVerilog, UVMStrong understanding of SystemVerilog, verification IP concepts, methodologies, and tools.Strong understanding of simulation tools like VCS, Xcellium. Compilation, elaboration and simulation flows.Strong understanding of standard protocols like PCI-Express, CXL, or similar protocols like USB, Ethernet.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English.Ability to effectively manage customer relationships and understand their needs.Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, while ensuring R&D’s time is properly balanced.Collaborative mindset, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams.Proactive problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.
