All to leave your mark for more sustainable growth. **Dare to make an impact?** **What you´ll do** + Test and evaluate hair color, care and styling products (experimental, current and competitive) on texture hair types for performance attributes. Evaluator provides directional feedback to researchers for improved product development. + Learn and become an expert on the salon procedures for testing hair attributes. Test and evaluate hair products. Record both quantitative and qualitative data on designated attributes. Report feedback to R&D formulation teams for directional improvement. + Understand standard testing protocols and create modifications to protocols for textured hair types. Educate stylists and chemists on textured hair methods. + Develop partnerships with external textured hair salons to conduct workshops, gain insights and develop education programs. + Recruit new models of diverse hair types to become clients in the salon, with a focus on textured hair types. + Build and maintain a strong working relationship with salon team as well as R&D formulation teams. Be supportive to all team members and assist when needed to ensure smooth and timely testing work flow. + Stay up to date with knowledge of competitive products and trends within the hair market. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.
