HUGO BOSS | Product Executive HUGO | Full Time 

 

What you can expect:

\n\tConduct thorough competitor analysis and gather collection input to identify opportunities for enhancing the collection and meeting wholesale requirements.\n\tAct as the product lead and “voice of the customer,” developing Special Make Up product strategies that align with key account needs and Northern Hub business objectives.\n\tCollaborate with brand teams in Metzingen and Ticino, integrating diverse perspectives into the product development process from ideation to market launch.\n\tBuild and maintain relationships across Hubs and Central merchandising, commercial, and business unit teams to support the Wholesale business needs.\n\tPartner closely with commercial teams to drive product strategy in the Northern Hub.\n\tAttend category division partner meetings.\n\tSupport teams in driving sales within the wholesale network and during store visits.\n\tDevelop and provide training materials to teams.\n\tTrain teams before seasonal selling campaigns to effectively sell collections to partners.\n\tWork on exclusive products, capsules, and pop-ups with commercial teams.\n\tAnalyze trends and identify gaps in the product range.\n\tCollaborate with planning teams to forecast seasonal requirements across categories.\n\tManage product focus meetings, newsflash input, and quarterly product catch-ups.\n\tAttend seasonal market exchanges and category strategic alignment meetings, providing feedback on collections.\n\tWork closely with the wholesale planner on forecasting.\n\tManage product market tools (Teams, chat, guidance) for effective communication.\n\tSupport senior partner walkthroughs of showroom collections and pre-line meetings.\n\tConduct end-of-market analysis and provide input to Metzingen and Ticino brand gender line business units.\n\tCollaborate with account managers on product requirements.\n\tCommunicate updates and changes to teams during and post-market.\n\tPartner with the commercial team during market to ensure smooth appointment operations.\n\tOwn the market calendar from a product perspective.\n\tWork with the commercial team to develop market tools.\n\tReview end-of-market orders.\n\tCoordinate with customer operations to implement any changes or updates to the collection post-market.\n\n\n

 

 

Your profile:

 

\n\n\n\tPassionate about product with a commercial sensibility\n\tAnalytical approach to identifying wholesale merchandising opportunities\n\tExcellent communication and presentation skills\n\tNegotiation and influencing skills\n\tPrevious merchandising experience beneficial\n\tExcellent communication skills both verbal and in writing\n\tEnthusiastic and with the ability to work well in a team\n\tAbility to work and multi-task in a busy, fast paced team environment\n\tFlexible and adaptable to the needs of the business\n
