**DESCRIPTION**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Conduct and monitor engine tests as per the test plan provided by the Project Manager.
+ Perform preliminary troubleshooting for test cell and engine issues.
+ Install and remove engines in the test cell and make necessary modifications.
+ Support 24/7 operations as required.
+ Assemble and disassemble engines according to test requirements.
+ Maintain knowledge of test cell functions and ensure good housekeeping in the work area.
+ Communicate effectively with stakeholders and actively participate in TBWS activities.
+ Implement and adhere to QMS systems and safety practices, including risk assessment preparation and LOTO.

+ **Test Setup and Configuration:** Interpret test plans to determine optimal test space setup and fabricate required systems.
+ **Test Article Build:** Assemble test articles according to test requirements, ensuring successful product functional tests.
+ **Preventative and Predictive Maintenance:** Develop and execute maintenance strategies to drive continuous improvement.
+ **Data Quality:** Identify, understand, and correct data flaws to support effective information governance.
+ **Problem Solving:** Solve problems using systematic analysis and implement robust, data-based solutions.
+ **Values Differences:** Recognize the value that different perspectives and cultures bring to an organization.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Qualifications:**
+ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering.
+ High school diploma, certificate of completion of secondary education, or equivalent experience in an appropriate STEM field.
+ Regionally applicable certification or a two-year Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field may be required.
+ Licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations may be necessary.
**Skills:**
+ Good knowledge and experience in engine test cell operations and various parts of engines.
+ Knowledge of AVL – Puma test cells is a great advantage.
+ Good communication and Excel skills.
+ Familiarity with QMS, safety practices, risk assessment preparation, and LOTO.
