Job Title: Product Graphic Designer  

FLSA Status: Exempt    

Location: Lehi/Corporate 

Reports to: Sr. Director of Sales & Marketing   

General Summary:  This position reports to our Sr. Director of Sales & Marketing and demands a thorough understanding of package design and knowledge of printing techniques. 

 

  

Essential Job Functions:

Create and design product packaging.Ensure projects are completed with high quality in a timely manner.Illustrates concepts by designing rough layouts for new product packaging.Ensures all packaging tasks are compliant with the Product Packaging Guide.Strong design ideation, conceptualization, and execution skills. Strong knowledge of color theory, layout, typography, and brand strategy.Strong communication and project management skills with a strength in managing multiple deadlines.

Requirements

Two-year related degree and 3 to 5 years design experience in an in-house creative department or design firm.Adaptable and quick learner. Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.Possess strong conceptual skills, high level sense of design, layout and typography. Able to offer a variety of design solutions.Must have experience in package design and knowledge of printing techniques with the ability to communicate with print vendors to ensure that the designed vision is translated to the final product.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Works well with tight deadlines in a team environment.Able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.Excellent eye for detail
