Job Description Summary:

The Product Image Analyst/Coordinator is part of the Graphics Management team within the North America Operating Unit (NAOU) Technical, Innovation & Supply Chain (TI&SC) organization. The Product Image Analyst owns and manages the end-to-end processes required for the creation, uploading and quality control of GS1 product images for the US portfolio.


The Product Image Analyst/Coordinator will serve as the primary contact for researching and updating required product images for retailers, distributors and cross-functional teams. The Product Image Analyst will also coordinate with the NAOU Design team to manage the uploading and archiving of “hero” product images required for marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate for the role will be proactive and a self-starter.

What You’ll Do for Us:

Key Duties/Responsibilities

Manages the creation, upload and quality control of GS1 product images for the US portfolio.

Performs quality assurance checks, coordinates revisions and tracks revision metrics for process improvement.

Consults with cross-functional teams to determine timing for product image upload.

Collaborates with Global Data Operations to verify product GTIN and metadata before publishing product images to cross-functional platforms (i.e. Informatica PIM, Salsify, Smartlabel and CONA).

Manages the publication and archiving of product images based on program timelines or direct requests.

Provide asset support to cross-functional teams (i.e. Brand, Data Operations, Category Space Planning and Bottlers).

Understands inter-dependencies between technology, operations and business needs.

Partners with business leaders, stakeholders, internal users, customers and partners to develop product image strategy and gather feedback on our services for continuous improvement efforts.

Provides expertise to all levels of the organization regarding GS1 Standards/Best practices for product images.

Actively seeks and introduces innovative digital solutions.

Education:

Associate degree or equivalent business experience

Years of Experience:

3 or more years of relevant, professional experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Must be able to adapt and balance priorities in a fast-changing business environment.

Ability to identify and execute process improvement opportunities.

Basic knowledge of product packaging, artwork development, packaging substrates and product images.

Excellent communicator with the ability to problem solve and develop actionable solutions.

Project Management:

Manage image approvals and timelines.

Pay Range:

$86,300 - $113,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:

7.5
