Product Industrialization Engineer (Reedsville, PA)
Seeking a Product Industrialization Engineer to facilitate seamless product transitions from development to mass production, collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.
Your role:
Leading the transition of products from development to mass production by collaborating with vendors, enhancing manufacturing processes, driving cost-saving initiatives, and supporting new product and software releases.Working closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, manufacturing, and external vendors to ensure alignment with company standards and goals.Hands-on experience with process improvement and test development in a fast-paced environment, with potential for cross-functional growth. You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience in product industrialization, manufacturing, or test engineering, with a focus on production line optimization and managing supplier relationships.Your skills includefamiliarity with FDA or regulated environment documentation.Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving, with a focus on process improvement.Familiarity with coding language basicsYou have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, manufacturing engineering, computer science, or related field. Applicable job experience also considered.You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. You’re a self-starter with a hunger for learning and trying new things. Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams. The ability to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 4 weeks of travel per year may be required).How we work together

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

The pay range for this position in Reedsville, PA is $87,000 to $150,000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
