**Product Industrialization Engineer (Reedsville, PA)**
Seeking a Product Industrialization Engineer to facilitate seamless product transitions from development to mass production, collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.
**Your role:**
+ Leading the transition of products from development to mass production by collaborating with vendors, enhancing manufacturing processes, driving cost-saving initiatives, and supporting new product and software releases.
+ Working closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, manufacturing, and external vendors to ensure alignment with company standards and goals.
+ Hands-on experience with process improvement and test development in a fast-paced environment, with potential for cross-functional growth. Onsite role based in Reedsville, PA.

+ You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in product industrialization, manufacturing, or test engineering, with a focus on production line optimization and managing supplier relationships.
+ Your skills include
+ familiarity with FDA or regulated environment documentation.
+ Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving, with a focus on process improvement.
+ Familiarity with coding language basics
+ You have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, manufacturing engineering, computer science, or related field. Applicable job experience also considered.
+ You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
+ You’re a self-starter with a hunger for learning and trying new things. Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams. The ability to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 4 weeks of travel per year may be required).

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

**Philips Transparency Details**
The pay range for this position in Reedsville, PA is $87,000 to $150,000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
